180 minutes

The ticking of a clock, once a shared symbol of time, has gradually faded as clocks have become digital or nearly silent. This work preserves this vanishing sound through an archive of 180 recordings of ticking clocks, gathered from online sources and personal collections. Every minute, a different recording plays, rendering the passage of time audible throughout the exhibition's duration.
